The bottom line is that we could NOT be more pleased with the service that Florence provided us. I am
the type of person who EXPECTS excellence from those who I contract services to and its rare that I write
this type of letter, but I just felt that I needed to take the time out of my busy schedule to do this.
Not only did Florence excel at her job (she sold our house within a month in a time when the market was
slowing down and when similar homes have been on the market for 3 months or more) but she also went
above and beyond her responsibilities as an agent time and again in order to make this process easy on us.
I've worked with many agents over the years and know how challenging it can be to find someone who is
outstanding at both the business side as well as the personal relationship side. Florence is one of the very
rare instances where you get an exceedingly high-level of quality in both areas. She was as competent discussing
colors and layout with my wife as she was discussing numbers and negotiation strategies with me
(and she was even great with our 2 year-old and 5 year-old ... and our dog too!) .
I really could go on and on, but I'll sum up by saying that she is a RARE gem and we are SO happy that
